free 15 minute consultation I offer a free 15 minute consultation by phone. This provides you with an opportunity to discuss your current challenges and goals. It allows me to give you a little free advice in support of your health. If you feel I can help you, we can schedule an appointment.

My initial appointments last for two hours. We'll take a comprehensive look at your health history and develop a specific plan. You'll also have the opportunity to take the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ), which will provide you with a graph detailing which of your body's systems are in stress. Finally, we'll also take a look at your diet and see where we can make transitions that are in pace with your lifestyle. There are many foods that taste good and are surprisingly healthy! Even your spouse and children will like them.
